We encourage artists to achieve the highest competencies required to seamlessly transition their passion into premier higher education placements and highly competitive career pathways.

The Council does not entertain direct public applications or individual portfolio submissions. To maintain absolute transparency and academic integrity, portal access is restricted exclusively to registered governing authorities. All student assessments, syllabus implementation, and credentialing must be routed strictly through our network of Authorized Execution Partners.
